Step 2: Install wordpress for free on your web hosting server. If you need help with this process you can get free WordPress Installation.
Step 3: Choose any of the 59 Themes in the package.
Step 4: Login to your WordPress account and upload the new WordPress theme.

Similar to Henrique above, I was using my customized and custom-translated (spanish) version of iTheme.
Now that I will be migrating to wordpress 2.5, I’ll translate and customize i2Theme 1.6
